RAG INTRO MEETING!

Wednesday 30th September

4.30pm in Mine Bar in the Union

Come along, have a drink, meet our committee and events organisers and find out about how to get involved in our exciting events and projects!

 We will also be recruiting for events organisers, fresher reps, graphic designers and the all important support team. So if you’d like to be involved in any way and gain valuable volunteering experience while meeting lots of new people whilst having alot of fun, then join us and sign up!

Then afterwards join us for a drink or two at our INTRO PARTY at 8pm in the cocktail bar in The Arc, Headingley. We hope to see you there!

All About Us

What is RAG?

Leeds RAG (Raise and Give) is Leeds University Union’s official fundraising body. Many universities have RAG societies so by joining Leeds RAG you are becoming a member of one of the largest student communities in the country!

RAG offers a wide variety of events with something for everyone from hitch hikes and bike rides across Europe to skydives, firewalks and fashion shows. You can spend a summer working with children in Thailand, climbing Kilimanjaro or building a school or playground in Uganda, or get involved in one of the many other opportunities that RAG has to offer here in Leeds or overseas. Whatever it is you’re interested in…RAG has a fundraising activity for you.

RAG is a volunteer organisation that relies on the generosity and hard work of students to function. As a result there is a diverse range of people with one thing in common - their shared enthusiasm for raising money for good causes!
